I love the tone she gets from her Faruk Türünz oud and it's not even a "concert" model. It's his standard model.

She kicks...in the video that Greg noted -- she's got some of the John Berberian vibe/tone/approach going..very cool.

Looks to me like she is using Arabic tuning with a high C.
Would that be considered unusual in Greece?

Very nice. I guessed that she was Greek by her first name, but wasn't sure.

Nice find guys. Ara's influence is always present, right? Amazing - he is definitely the most loved oud player in Greece.

As for tuning in Greece, people seem to use whatever they want. There isn't just one style that is going on, and many of the oud players that have been playing the longest in Greece (not all, but many) are from Arabic countries originally.
