This oud has been mentioned in several threads here. Wonderful to hear it played! Like a living museum.
Some time ago there was a thread "where are all the really old ouds?" Now we know... They are all at Veysel Muzik!

It's wonderful that all of these old ouds are still played and enjoyed

Wow. It's great to hear that oud played. A very rich, full sound.
For what it is worth, I have purchased 3 old ouds from Cengiz Sarikus (Veysel Muzik), and in each case, the oud arrived exactly as described, and
shipped with the utmost care.
If I had more money to spend (and if the dollar wasn't quite so worthless), I would buy more from him. It is an absolute pleasure to do business with
this man.

Perfect!!! I loved the sound of it...
I have one question. How long is the string-length of this oud? Is it longer than the other Turkish style ouds (manol kalip) ?
Thank you very much Mr Sarikus...
But please make us a favour and put a video of your 2 Manols too..I would love to hear them both singing in the hands of Gürsel Torun or Hoca
Alper...
