Turkish traditional Samaaii???

Can anyone help to identify this lovely piece? is it a traditional turkish samaaii? if yes, someone has the score or a link for the score?

It's a Kurdili Hicazkar semai of some sort. Not traditional, a 20th century composition. I'm betting it's one of Göksel's compositions - I haven't heard this one before.

Both youtube links videos mentioned the name of Göksel Baktagir. I assume he's the Qanuun player. So Eliot you think it's his composition?

In the youtube information box
it says,

which means composition by or authored by

one of my favorites also. there is a beautiful piano/kanun version of this on goksel's album Bogazici

It is a typical composition of Göksel Baktagir.
I love his style.
