It's a Kurdili Hicazkar semai of some sort. Not traditional, a 20th century composition. I'm betting it's one of Göksel's compositions - I haven't
heard this one before.

Both youtube links videos mentioned the name of Göksel Baktagir. I assume he's the Qanuun player. So Eliot you think it's his composition?
