By observing the fingerboard length, I can see how the tuning was made that way.. Finally beginning to "feel" the relation..

So, from low to high it would be DBEADGBE. A very low tuning for the 8th string, isn't it?

Yeah katatofka, just imagine a D well below low B, which in turn is a fourth below guitar low E string. We're dealing with an instrument part acoustic
bass, part guitar, and part oud.
