Schools in ALGIERS ( Insitut NAtional Supèrieur de Musique...?)

Hi Evrybody!
Does anybody know anything about the music schools in Algeria? I'm thinking mainly of The "Institut National Supèrieur de Musique" in Algiers. Is it a good school (for Oud)?
