Does anyone here have any experience with ordering from Paltime? I placed an order for the Samer Totah CD "Ghofran" back in November, and just
received the following email:
=====================
On 26 Nov. 2008, you sent a payment to dhabash@ncm.birzeit.edu for $20.00 USD.
The funds have been returned to your account.
This payment was returned for the following reason(s):
dhabash@ncm.birzeit.edu did not sign up for a PayPal account or did not complete the registration process.
=====================
There is no contact phone no. on their website, so I'm not sure what to do. Can anyone help me out?
Many thanks
David

Did you get the money back, or it was fake mail?

Hi Marina
They never actually took the money. It looks as though Dalia Habash did not accept the PayPal payment as she was supposed to. I have emailed her to
see what is going on, but I was just wondering if anyone else had experienced simliar problems with Paltime, or knew of an easier way to get hold of
this CD?
Best wishes
David

Hi David,
I feel your pain! I contacted Samer directly and got a complimentary copy of the CD. From this I burned copies and sent them with cover letters to
Maqam.com and Rashid Sales, the two main on-line Arabic music distributors in the USA. No interest whatsoever! "Ghofran" is a WONDERFUL CD, and I
wish I could help Samer find a better distributor in the West.
HELP!!!!!!!!
Peace,
John
