My son just returned from study abroad in Cairo, Egypt. He emerged off the plane carrying an oud. In the course of the trip, one of the tuning pegs
was broken. It was a fairly clean break and he has the piece.
Where should we take this for repair/replacement of the tuning peg? Do they replace the peg, replace all the pegs, or simply glue the piece?
Any help and advice would be appreciated.

Oud pegs aren't that different from violin pegs. Look out for you local luthier.
Or you could ask around for a competent wood turner. Pegs are pretty straightforward stuff for a decent hobbyist.
