Hi there
I have recently started playing the oud and was wondering where I can buy one in London.
I have been told that it could be cheaper to go to Egypt and buy one?? If so what am I looking for?
What would your advice be, I have seen some on ebay but have been told they are touristy type things.
Any advice would be appreciated.

You can fly to Cairo and back for less than two hundred pounds from one of London's airports.
Could be worth checking on Edward Powell's thread about this amazing city.
