Hi Mensur,
I do recommand three places but as i told you before i dont garantee the result.
1. Holiday crown plaza, Sheikh Zayed roaod, Inside the shopping mall.
2. World Art music shop, sharjah, Wahada road
3. Al Sadek music shop, they might have teacher.
Having said that, I do suggest to go to egypt (Oud house for naseer shamm) or to turkey, because you are going to learn oud from the source.
from My side, i will give you free lessons if you like but it depends on my free time.
