does anyone know who is the oud maker?
Is it egyptian, iraqi or syrian.

Looks like a Syrian Khalifa oud.

Yes, Syrian, but if you want to buy it, I am sorry, it does not look like prof. oud. I have seen a lot of those here (100$ for the people here), I
imagine that it cost much less in Syria...
But, I bought a number of junk ouds myself
