Hi Mrkmni
Nice tremelo and 'ornamentations' developing there - I know it's early days but I would say you have a really good basis for developing your tone more
... although this can be limited by the oud.
Its great to see you posting so much stuff - I really admire you for that.

Thanks Fabrice and Ararat66.
My purpose here is not to show my performance or capacity; I am far from being a professional player...and I will never be it...,
but believe me my simple goal is to send a message about the beauty of the piece as music and not as playing...
This is why I suggest to listen at least 3 or 4 times to each piece to admire it and find out its articulations...
and That is why I prefer comments about the piece itself and not about the playing, which I am the first to aknowledge that it contains many nashaz
or mis-tuning and I promise that I ll do my best to remediate...
thanks again!Masel - 7-13-2009 at 11:20 PM
your outlook is very positive and good. you play for the music and not for your ego, that is why your playing is very gentle and expressive. good

Thanks for introducing us to so much music - I commented on your playing, (which I like very much btw), because I have taken the time to listen well
to your recordings.
I too like the fact you honour the music in this way and it is good that this aspect is noticed - I watch all your postings because you teach me a
lot.
Thanks

Hi Guys You are welcome and Happy to serve...
But Leon Dont rely on me; I am not a teacher..
You should find one... I am already lost between the different -Rishas- Turkish, arabs, .... as you may have noticed.... mrkmni - 7-17-2009 at 06:06 PM
i hope it's correct as i learned it off a recording and not from the notes. i am interested in correct intonation so let me know what you guys think.
