This is a samaii Ajam composed by Rawhi Khammach ( As far as I know he is Palestinian who lived in Irak)
I think it is good for begginers especially the first half.

I don't know if this is only a problem that I have, but there was no sound playing on youtube.
other videos seemed ok.
