mrkmni - 10-1-2009 at 04:29 PM

Hi Guys,
here is my last taqsim for Sombati.

I added the same taqsim with video on youtube from 1000 islands that I visited last month.

I hope you like it!

Sounds great... I'm not sure what feeling it envokes in others, but it reminds me of being on a surfboard... (Waiting for the wave and then catching it.... Sort of a patience + joy kind of thing...)

Really nice

Thanks Christian, it is true. Nahawand is for dreamers...
But when you play it you feel even flying..:)

When I put the casque on my head and
I listend to this Taqsim a couple of times, I could not believe that it was me the player.
This taqsim has so beautiful phrases!
and at least two breathtaking finishings; one of them is the last one.
The bayati was excellent.
the small chromatic part 2:50 min is also breathtaking.
Perhaps this is due to the reverbation that I added. What do you think?

Christian1095 - 10-6-2009 at 07:11 AM

Yeah, the reverb sounds really good...
