Hi Z?
I like this, I have a bit of a soft spot for soulful, slightly melancholic, playing with a sense of longing ... it may be an Armenian thing but who
knows ... and I like you tone.
Cheers

Expressive, right up my alley!
What is the oud? it sounds like a floating bridge Fadel! Sazi - 11-22-2009 at 09:56 PM

thanks guys!
it's a Nazih Ghadban oud and yes it's a floating bridge.jshead - 12-6-2009 at 04:34 AM
nice sound.
what strings are you using?
I have a floating bridge oud and need to get new strings.
thanks ztochaztik - 12-6-2009 at 03:16 PM
I'm using the Pyramid orange set. I've also tried Aquila and it was not very different. I think it's the oud and not the strings in this case (it's a
floating bridge but not a Bashir style oud...) I have to admit though that I prefer a fixed bridge with a more traditional sound.
