Hey, nice one!:) Your risha technique is really showing a lot of improvement, a good example to us all that perseverence really does pay off. Well done :applause:

A1 risha technique, the music moves along at a good pace. I notice you are playing this in concert B minor. which tuning do you use? As Sazi says, well done mate. :)

Thanks Sazi!

Hi MatthewW,
This peace starts Nahawand Do and then Bayati on Sol.
I know that my Oud is not tuned exactly on instruments...
but that does not really matter, since the maqam is correct.
if you want to follow the pitch you have to pitch it using a software....there are many....
Thanks again,

I added new short file...

fernandraynaud - 11-15-2009 at 10:55 PM

They're both really good. The sound on the second one is better. What did you use as scores or models?

mrkmni - 11-16-2009 at 06:19 PM

Hi Fernandraynaud,
No scores used..
the first file is from a song called : Saat Zaman,
the second is just a small part from the well known taqassims of Sombati... the one called : From Ashwaq; the longest one....
