Hi All
I don't now if this has been broadcast before but the Beeb are airing on Radio 3 today 3pm recorded highlights from 2008 Jerusalem Oud Festival.
Might be a small consolation for those of us who aren't able to go there this year too!
The programme will aslo be on BBCiPlayer for the next week or so.

Hi Mathew Its on BBC Radio 3 iPlayer.
I'm listening to it now and a great feast f different arabic and jewish influences. I'd nver heard of shephardic Qawali singing before!

It's a World Routes programme so it should be available as a podcast by Monday, though maybe only to people in the UK.

It's up now, I'm listening to it in Australia. Sounds great so far, ( If I had a dollar for every version of Lamma bada yatathanna I've heard I could
have a sizeable oud collection by now!)
