Do you mean this circle with all the note names, in this case I may scan it for you.

here it is
http://www.4shared.com/file/156040342/950a33bc/notes.html
Thought I had a better resolution for it, but finally only found it on the cover of a book.
Hope it's enough

Salut suz_i_dil.

Very nice cover! Are the inside pages so pretty?
C'est quoi ce beau livre, que renferme-t-il?
Merci.

It's the cover of a book I brought from Syria, 3 volumes covering notes for many samai, bashraf and other pieces.
There are also recordings coming with the books, not from jabkaji, but manly from music ensemble.
It is a work of Abdulrahman jabkaji, the same oudist who made a method of oud.

N'hesites pas si tu as besoin de temps en temps des notes pour un morceau.

Here is one in Arabic, tried attaching it but it didn't work. The English translations above should match the indicated notes.

I have one somewhere on my computer, it's a scanned file from an album sleeve but I can't remember what album - aargh! Somehow I found a partial bit of it, but not the whole one. I've attached it here, maybe it will jog someone's memory and they'll tell me what the album is before I go mad with frustration! (And then I'll be able to post the proper one here, too.)

Edward,
Here's a chart I made using Lilypond. Let me know what you think.
