Hi Michoud!
Anouar Brahem tunes ffccggDDAAEE
But does not always tune to 440 or 442.
In Thimar, he is tuning as down as 435 (if I remember well).
In Asdrakhan cafe and Le count de l'imcroyable amour, he has yet two other tuning pitches. I don't really understand why he does that!?
Hope that helps a litle.
The wood might be dead, but the oud is alive.

On Astrakan, Anouar use a - f c G D AA FF - tuning with A at 440 Hz.
This is what I used on this video and I played a lot with the Cd without any differences :

Hi michoud,
Hamza normally tuned to ccggddaaGGDD, sometimes tuning the low strings to F and C (I'm pretty sure Grandfathers Stories uses those low ones). As far
as staying close to 440 I have no idea
