I am not too knowledgeable on makams but I think the song Mahoor (dastgah Mahoor not makam Mahoor). It's almost equivalent to a major scale. Without
knowing the pitch, I think the note that changes is the "si" from natural to flat in the intro. Sorry, my ears aren't that trained. Around 2:56, the
"bridge" part is either a goosheh known as golriz or neyriz and it would go something like: mi kron (1/4), fa, sol, la, si bemol, do.
Shirazi folk music is always fun to listen to. There is a unique type of song that women sing, known as a "vasoonak," which translates as "stopper."
Usually young women sing it when they see a handsome lad to get their
attention.
There is a vasoonak in H. Behrooznia's oud album, "koohestan," which itself is a collection of folk songs from Iran:

According to one of the Iranians I play with it is Bayat Tork, or Tork-e-Bayat, a sub-scale of Shur.

Thanks for pointing it out Sazi. I couldn't be sure since Bayateh Turk (in sol) is similar to Mahoor (in do) and there are too many instruments.
So the notes are sol, la, si koron (~1/4), do, re, mi, fa, sol, la, si bemol. And the bridge is right. Hope this helps and isn't too confusing.

i will watch the video when i reach home, but let me mention that there is only a lil difference between Mahur n Bayate Turk.
e.g: this is the C-Mahur C-D-E-F-G-A-C
n this is the C-Bayate Turk: Ckoron-D-E-F-G-A-C
as u see the difference is only in the first note n its only a koron. i guess thats the reason of makin' our friends confused.
The Oud is my life, n my life is the Oud
