Just for fun.........

Last weekend, this question came up:

Q: How many oudists does it take to change a light bulb??
A: ?

I have not been able to think of an original, witty comeback.
We deserve some customized humor.
Anyone?

PS: For those who do not understand, it's kinda cultural and hard to explain....sorry :D

Q: How many oudists does it take to change a light bulb??
A: Six, one to change the bulb, one to film the process and the rest to create four separate forum threads with links to the same footage on Youtube. ;)

A: None. It's best to play the oud without looking at your hands, and from memory.

One to change the lightbulb and another 99 to discuss how Naseer Shamma would have done it.

If all the specifications are included, for example, the dimensions and manufacturer of the bulb, the location where the bulb is coming from, the method and cost of shipping without damage, the price of the bulb, and either a good mp3 or youtube is included, any 1 beginner oudist will be able to change the light bulb.

Also some oudists only believe in using mass-produced bulbs where as others must have their bulbs hand-made to a certain spec. Some makers will even replacate the first bulb ever produced... for a hefty price.
