studying in Cairo - need a flat
Salam!
I'm taking a course in Beit al-Aoud.
So I'm in need of a flat/room in Cairo (Egypt), not too far from Al-Azhar.
1 person (smoking, oud playing 24/7), for 2 months (this March-April).
Not too expensive / safe neighborhood.
One room is enough, with Internet/bathroom/hot water.
Can you guys help me?
Clues/ideas are welcome.

well, still looking, but no certain results yet.
of course, i've been offered some apartments in Giza, but it's like 300 euro per months, which seems, ahem, a bit overpriced, ain't it?
of course I mailed Mr. Yousri earlier, following your advice, but he didn't answer
