Bashraf Segah
Here is an Arabic transposition of a very interesting Bashraf.
Check out the modulations...
If anyone has some ideas about the third khana, I am certainly interested.
(I have re-edited this again by the way).

Hi.
Does anyone have a recoding of this?
I couldn't find one.
I have been trying to figure out the modulations.
It seems that the composer is (very cleverly) shifting the Segah jins onto a few different tonics.
The second Khana features Awj Ara (Evcara) and the fourth; Huzzam.
The third Khana is the weird and interesting one.
I can see a mix of Awj Ara (Bd) and Awj Ara on Ed (including Mustaar on Ad).
The note that throws me is the C+.
This seems to represent Mustaar on Bd.
But the descent from Awj Ara on Ed to the C+ (repeated on the octave) throws me a bit.
The C+ could be a mistake, but it doesn't seem so as it is repeated.
If anyone has any ideas?...
Here is some info' and the Turkish notation:

I love how kanun is translated 'law' (canon) LOL.
'Concerto for law etc..'
'Lawyer taqsim'..
