Masterwork oud strings?

I have just acquired a beginner Turkish oud (my first oud) in Istanbul and the dealer threw in a set of Masterwork strings (supposedly for C#F#Bead). Are these any good or should I purchase some other brand of strings to start off with?

(I haven't tried playing this oud yet or tested out the strings as I'm still travelling all over Europe with the family.)

not sure about turkish oud but with arabic i prefer pyramid lute strings
