http://www.fagottobooks.gr/categories_details.php?cat_id=8&met=...

this (kind of real) book (index of tunes, around 250, included in pdf attached)

the first 60 pages describe the different makams in which the songs were (supposedly) composed

This book is a really treasure for those who like rembetiko songs.
A huge list of pre-1940 songs on various maqams.
The music sheets are written in Arabic notation (Rast on C, Ussak on D etc.) but with turkish intervals !
this is rare because 99% of musicians here (in Greece) use the Bolahenk tuning.

Francis,
this book is only in Greek, not published in any onther language.
at least I could help as much as I can ( I speak french) :)
