vidya's dance
I was asked to play oud on a short modern dance improv by a local kathak dancer. The music was to be only one minute long and to have a touch of
Indian to it. I did this on the spot, accompanied by my digital tanpura- my own one minute 'modern' improv to her one minute dance. It seemed to work
more or less!
