I agree with Brian, it seems that the sound is better than on other Khalifa's ouds.
I own one from the same period, and I would like it sounds like this!!!
What are the strings you set on it, Richard?
I suppose the string length is around 62 cm...

I am no expert on this topic but as you quotes "a repaired broken neck". will this still last long as if It was new, do buy it? because it would be my
first Oud and I really don't want it to be a disaster? it sounds great! but will it last long????
