Interesting oud on ebay
An oud most curious. The tuning pegs appear to have metal shafts and perhaps plastic buttons (?). I wonder what eleven of these weigh. An interesting
green shade to the rosette, which is made of….what? I've seen some Asian green teas of this color but not oud rosettes. The pick guard seems to
have spent some time in a damp climate. And then in the top left of the tail plate there's what appears to be a metal screw eye . Was this for a
strap? Rhetorical questions, all, though speculative answers might be interesting.

I'm sure the pegs are not original.
They seem for me to be banjo pegs
