3 Recordings Recommended for Songs to Learn by Ear
Greetings Fellow Oud Maniacs,
I have been posting a number of music sheets lately, but I also want to advocate for oud students to try to learn songs by ear.
Here are 3 recordings with relatively simple, but beautiful songs that are good material for intermediate oud students to try to learn by ear:
"Arabo-Andalusian Sufi Songs" by the Ibn Arabi Ensemble:

"Gülün Kokusu Vardi" by Erkan Ogur & Ismail H.Demircioglu:

"Στη δίνη των ανέμω" by Mitsos & Vassilis Stavrakakis with Ross Daly:

Peace out,
"Udi" John
