Do you change the song pitch so you can play?

I find myself sometimes changing the pitch of a song so I can play along on my oud tuned in CFADgc. Lyrics may sound funny but it sure is easier to play that way.

Any one does the same or any other ways worked for you other than retuning or having multiple ouds?
