Mixer / Amplifier

Hi all and Happy New year
can some one recommend a mixer /amplifier combo, with 3-4 inputs , to be used in a hall party of 100-150 people, to connect oud ,MIC and couple of other instruments , with Phantom Power .
your help would be much appreciated
