Paris or Lyon oud scene?

Greetings...

I'm preparing for a trip to Paris and Lyon and will be on the look out for interesting gigs, information on any local oud / Arab music networks, and meeting fellow enthusiasts. Any tips welcome - U2U is fine as well. Thanks!
