It's almost impossible to recommend an oud only from pictures.
Here are my 2 cents.
Wenge is a hard wood to work with, so for a cheap oud that wouldn't be my choice.
Walnut is traditional, so it might be reliable.
If i would have to buy one, i'd ask the seller to get a good recording of THE oud.
I makes me feel very uncomfortable when i read: "same oud or sound as ..."
Even great makers making expensive ouds are not able to duplicate the same sound.
There's no one piece of wood that sound the same as another one.
You may have some common characteristics but definitely not the same sound.
Like twin brothers, they might look the same, but one can be a very nice person and the other one a PITA...

Hello Bulent,
Thank you for comment.
Yes you are right, we need to buy directly from maker but this guy Also maker. They make Oud and Turkish Saz.
I already have a Cankaya Oud and this maker Oud, I more like This maker Oud. it is really great quality and for great prices. So I continue to buy
from this maker. This maker very honest also.
Now I need to decide for Electric oud. I think for electric oud woods not very important. I have two options, Walnut or rose wood.
Thank you

After reviewing several posts by "CUMBUSOUD", it has become clear to me that the poster's only purpose in being on the forums is to promote the
products of a single Turkish musical instrument retailer that he claims is, amongst other things, honest. I can only say that "Cumbusoud" is very
obviously not honest and, if he is directly associated with the retailer, it's honesty must also be in considerable doubt.
Honest and genuine instrument makers and sellers have always been welcome here. Individuals, and or companies, that are not honest are not welcome.
I urge members to check out the following search link:

Greg, thank you for your efforts at moderating the board.
You are clearly right, and 'CumbusOud' is a shill for the "trirmusic" business.
It's unfortunate that businesses resort to such deceitful tactics. Partly because it reduces our trust in the integrity and honesty of the business,
but also because it is entirely unnecessary and ineffective. If "CumbusOud" had simply introduced himself as a representative of "trirmusic" and
honestly contributed to the forum, he would have certainly garnered more interest than with his dull fake posts. Even now, if he were to apologize
and ask for forgiveness for the disrespect he has shown all of us, it would show a measure of integrity that would reflect positively on the business.
But instead, he seems to have disappeared now that his dishonesty is uncovered.
I'm surprised that no one else has commented—surely a fake account wasting our time is relevant?

Ha! I must have missed this. Good job Gregor. Funny thing is we've seen this before, and it probably won't be the last time somebody thinks they can
pull a fast one over. And BP, I'm totally with you. If folks just come on here and say who they are and what they have to offer, it is much more
likely to be accepted than trying to "pump left and go right", as the great Chick Hearn would say.
Have a great weekend all!
