Hovhannes Kaprielian is the makers name.
Sorry I can't read the rest. Photo is a bit blurry. but looked like it says June 11 , 1925.
Some of the words don't make sense to me. On the left it says "Shara" but I'm not sure what this is unless it's a place? do you know what country this
is from ?

Hartun pretty much nailed it. I'm willing to bet the bottom left is a city but I can't make it out either.
