Suggestions for live mugham music or music shops in Azerbaijan

I will be in Azerbaijan for 10 days next month and am looking for suggestions for places to see live mugham music performances in Baku or other cities. Any suggestions? Concerts, places where musicians gather, cafés?

Also, any suggestions for music shops or luthiers selling ouds, tars, etc. would be appreciated.

I don't have any specific plan yet, but will be in Baku for a few days and then travel around Azerbaijan for 5 days.
