Beautiful rosewood and ebony Shehata.
Reluctant to give this one up, but I am purchasing an ebony Shehata oud. As a classical guitarist, I don't need two. The condition is like new.

I am tech illiterate. I don't know how to transfer the image. I had a copy made of John ( the beloved) Habib's oud. You can find his picture on his
post of March 9, 2004. For now, it's on page 32 on the Ouds Ouds Ouds forum.
From what I can see, the model Shehata used for this oud is common to his rosewood (palliser) ouds.
Price $850. It is beautiful to look at. The sound is deep.

How much did it originally sell for? and what kind of oud is it (arabic , turkish, etc.)
