In August I was in Lebanon and made a trip to Ras-Baslbeck to visit Nazih Gadban at his shop. It was amazing! I was able to try the Ouds I was interested in and chose his 1365 Nahat style Oud. I absolutely love it. If possible, I would highly recommend making the trip.
