Only Farid Studio Taqsim on Video
This video was unearthed last summer, but I'm re-publishing with fixed audio.
Although Farid had several studio taqsims, this is the only one known to be captured on video. It is said he used this oud only once. It also has a
wound middle course (DD), which none of his regular ouds had. So the sound is a little different than his typical sound.
Filmed in Kuwait, late 1960s.
