Counterfeiting of Sylent-oud
Hello friends,
I noticed a willingness of malicious people (facebook profil Esam Mahameed , ميشيل لطفى to name
just two !) to offer (very) bad copies of musical instruments, such as the Sylent-oud! A company using my picture is specialised to make it. It based
in egypt and exists since january 2019 on facebook ...
I am extremely disappointed in this kind of counterfeiting approach, which also affects small craftsmen like me.
For information, Sylent-oud العود الكهربائي is the result of a
very (very = + 3000 hours over 5-6 years) large number of hours of reflection, tests, investments, manufacturing, exchanges, after-sales services,
communications, designs, video-conferences, partnerships, in short... In fact, for more than a year now, it has been an official profession that I
have been doing with the greatest heart and seriousness possible. Let's be clear, it's not a hobby at all!!!!!
As a reminder, Sylent-oud العود الكهربائي is patented by the
Institut National de la Protection Intellectuelle INPI France registered design N°2018/4968 since its creation in 2013!
That's why, dear readers, thank you for letting me know about the counterfeits of my models at the risk of your research on the web.
I'll go straight to the police.
