book re-sellers
I discovered that at least two companies are re-selling my book. One on Amazon lists it for $104, another book seller $84, the original price at Lulu
is $40. I can't prevent re-selling, but if they are printing them it's a violation of the copyright and I maybe can make them stop. At least alert
anyone that the LuLU bookstore is the place to buy it.

I see only one listed on used.addall.com, and it's clearly described as second hand. Nothing wrong with that, though I don't get why people list used
copies of in-print books for more than the new price.

I don't know why, but I only found an overpriced example when I searched within Amazon.com, not when I did a general web Google search of "Richard
Hankey: The Oud" - $93.01 - https://www.amazon.com/oud-construction-repair-Richard-Hankey/dp/097... The general web Google search only turned up the Lulu site.
