Karapet Der Bedrosian
In 1959 when I was 14 my father bought me my first oud from the Syrian Grocery store on Shawmut Ave in Boston. Over the years the oud suffered misuse,
cracked neck joint and many cracks. I was told it was junk by a well known oud maker / luthier. Luthier Chris Pantazelos wanted to see it. He offered
to put it back to as close as possible to its original state for which I am very happy about of course. I had pictures of another 1959 Karapet Der
Bedrosian that I found and copied on line just like my oud but recently my laptop crashed and I lost all my pictures. I checked Oud Migrations but I
could only find pictures of the front and label. Does anyone have pictures of this oud or lead me in a positive direction? Thank you!

There are a number of thrreads on this site about Bedrossian ouds, if you search for Bedrossian you will find some photos. The name is most often
spelled Garabed der Bedrossian. I'm not sure about one specifically from the 1950s.
Here is an old listing with some photos of a Bedroossian Oud:

There are a couple listed on Najib Shaheen's site (though I think it hasn't been updated in a while, so he might not still have these:

Mac Ritchey is an oud player who has one, not sure what year. He would probably be happy to share some photos if you asked:

Thank you for your reply Brian. I did check all your suggestions and though none revealed any like my 1959 I sincerely appreciate it.
