Any information about this lebanese vintage oud?
Hello Everyone,?
I recently was gifted this beautiful vintage oud (pictures here: https://flic.kr/s/aHBqjBuQun).
I took it to an oud luthier who said he has never seen an oud like this before with this style of decoration and even has a truss rod in the neck to
help adjust the action. He translated the arabic info inside the instrument which says: "Made by Antoine Israel in Zahle 1968". I couldn't find
anything about the maker and also couldn't find any other oud that looks like this one using google lens.
I was wondering if anyone here has seen a similar oud or has heard of this maker.
