What about Ouds in Amazon.com?
But what do you think about ouds that are for sale in amazon.com? Has anybody ever heard some instruments from there or are those just for looking?

this oud is massed produced and u would be wasting yr money for $500 you can buy a lot beter oud ?? the nice shop has really nice ouds and u can
also look up moreice oud sheahta there great. and i am not sure if u are looking ofr arabic or turkish these are arabic turkish there are also alot of
them

DON'T EVEN THINK OF BUYING THAT PARTICULAR OUD!
They are made in Pakistan and are the worst quality imaginable. Several people made that mistake and their reports are unanimously bad !
Decide if you want a Turkish, Arabic, or Iraqi style and go from there. Many good makers patronize this forum, Shehata, Haluk, Ghadban, etc. For $ 500
you can get a beginners oud from them.

TO ME any 3ood that is mass produced is more like a tourist 3ood ...i recommend not buying anything like that online...unless u know the oud fits u.
i do recommend shehata ouds or some from our forums by haluk. but thats particular oud not even worth 200$.. good luck
