Playing and Singing?
Hello fellas,
My question today.. I would like to know if some of you have exercises and techniques to sing and play at the same time? I was really
impressed by Basel's technique especialy when he sang and played some intriquate stuff at the same time
Anyone has a technique to share?

Samir, it's been my experience that what you really need to do well in this is just to focus as much as you can on your oud playing skills.
Essentially, what I've found is that as one improves in their ouding skills, they can begin to focus on other things. I remember I tried about a year
ago to do it, and it wasn't happening... but after some time, I just tried again, and I can stay with it pretty well. If you're planning on playing a
song while singing, make sure you know the song down cold. If you want to do stuff like... mawwal, where it's on the spot singing and oud playing...
