this probably comes under the heading of "advise from the kitchen sink" but i found these new micro-fiber dish cloths to be extremely good at removing
dust, grime, oil, grease ... whatever it is we do to our poor ouds.
the compactness of the fiber wipes everything away without scratching the finish - someone on the mandolin site i contribute to is even selling
them.
