oud teachers in Melbourne?
Hi,
Does anyone have any contacts for oud teachers in Melbourne, Australia?
I am new to this - so require a good beginner teacher with some patience! Also any suggestions as to where to buy an instrument - preferrably in
Melbourne...

Hi,
I have just moved back to Brisbane - but started to learn oud in Melbourne last year. Michael Teo was my teacher there - he was very approachable and
patient. His mobile number is 0400 984 497.
I didn't have as much luck buying an oud down there. In Brunswick there are 2 places I know of that carry ouds - but they tend not to be the best.
They are Volaris Music (372- 374 Sydney Rd) and Bas Trading (423 Victoria Street, Brunswick).
