i'm a long time lurker but first time poster. i was wondering if people could tell me some good makes of arabic ouds. i've heard of sheahata and
sukar ouds being good. anyone own either of these? which would be a better make? are there others in a similar price range that would be better?
You won't go wrong if you buy a shehata ouds if you are after arabic ouds there are lots of other makers but the price will change depending on what
you can afford and on where you live and how much you pay for shipping.
Are you after new or second hand?
I personally prefer 2nd hand ouds. I don't mean second dealers of course. Old oud is better than new one , that is for sure.
