Dear Mr Eraydin,
I´m interested about your learner ouds, about which there has been so much positive information on these forums. I am a complete novice in oud world
and have not owned or played one before, but I have loved Turkish and Arabic music for great many years and have thought about trying to learn this
kind of music myself. Oud and tanbur rank very high among my favourite instruments. My background is classical piano music and long-time mandolin
playing, mostly classical music in the recent years.
I´d like to ask some questions - probably some of these have been talked about before as this website is so large and wonderful source of
information.
Your offer is very generous and I do not know how much there is room for personal options, but I´d like to ask:
- is there noticeable difference sound-wise between walnut and walnut-mahagony ouds, or is this mainly esthetic?
- I have understood both your ebony and balsa pegs are high quality ones, but do these have differences from user´s point of view?
- can one choose between oval and asymmetric pick guard? I think I have seen both pictured in earlier threads about your ouds.
- I live in Finland, it is cold here in winters and houses have central heating, so the air inside is usually quite dry. I don´t have any humidifying
system. Would it be advisable to obtain a hard case and use some humidifying gear in it? Could this be added to your campaign offer for extra
charge?
with best wishes,
Arto Lauerma

Walnut and Mahagony woods are good for music instruments. There is not a noticeable difference on sound but two woods combination bowls are seems more
esthetic.
We can put one of pickguards as request of customers.
Hard case with humidifier will be useful to protect the instrument from different climate conditions. When hard case added, shipment cost will increase
because of 3.500 kgs weight of hard case and you should pay $110 for hard case.
Regards.

Sayın Haluk Bey;
Udlarınızda Aquila tel kullandığınızı sitenizden okuduğumu hatırlıyorum. Aquila'nın kendi
sitesinde Türk udları için geliştirdiği birden fazla nylgut tel çeşidinin olduğunu gördüm. Siz hangisini
kullanıyorsunuz. Ben Ankara'da bu marka teli aradım fakat bulamadım. Nereden temin ediyorsunuz. Teli sizden temin etme
şansımız varmı. fiyatı nekadardır. Ankara'da satıcısı varmı?
Saygılar
