Egyptian tuning

I need an urgent reply.
I would like to offer european oud strings to an oudist friend living in Egypt. Another egyptian common non musician friend of us is visiting me in France and he will convey the strings to him back to Egypt. He could not tell me the tuning my oudist friend uses it. As it is a surprise i can not ask directly.

Can anybody tell me please which is the common most used tuning in Egypt ??

Thank you guys

mimmo at aquila corde makes nylgut strings with two standard (arab/egyptian) tunings:

C - F - A - d - g - c

or ...

D - G - A - d - g - c

there's only a step between the two - they're very flexible, so either will do.
