in a night of the year 1997 in the theatre of tunis

Thank you Wazza, the cd is great, i love this cd, like a hot jam session....
Just one comment:
The Serto Hijaz is a traditional turkish melody which i have listened at many times under different names,
- Hijaz Mandra by Necati Celik,
- Serto Hijaz by Anwar Brahim,
- Kotchetche as "translated" by my teacher fm a traditional turkish cd,
- Hijaz Mandra again in the CD Chants du Harem Ensemble des Femmes d'Istanbul Collection Al Sur with Meral Incilli playing oud.
Does any body knows more on this traditional song ?
Is it a kind of ottoman song played by women originally??
I would like to know what is the meaning of Mandra, Serto, Kotcheche in Turkish
