Anyone know of Kanawati music store in Damascus Syria??

Does anyone know of a music store in Damascus syria called Kanawati???. I dont think they have a website but i got their contact from a freind that was in syria recently.
Does anyone know if they sell quality ouds? I was told they cost around 200 dollars.
